Toffee Crunch Bars
These are my go to bars and a crowd favorite!I’VE BEEN MAKING THEM FOR YEARS, AND KNOW YOU WILL LOVE THEM !

•Preheat oven to 350 and line a 13 x 9 pan with parchment paper.
•Base:
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter
•Middle layer:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp butter
•Topping:
1 1/2 cup chocolate chips (I use milk chocolate)
1 cup Skor bits
• Combine flour and sugar in a bowl. Cut in butter with two knives until crumbly. Press down evenly in pan and bake for 15 minutes.
• Heat condensed milk and butter over medium low heat. Stir for 5-8 minutes. Spread over base and bake for another 12-15 minutes longer.
• Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over the base and return pan to the oven for about another minute until chocolate is shiny. Spread evenly over the top, then sprinkle with Skor bits. Using your hand, press down lightly. Cool & enjoy!
*These bars freeze really well
